SDL Tridion have just announced the results of a survey to see what annoys website users. No surprises here: -
- Pop-up windows
- Long intros you can’t get out of
- Losing your info
- Downloading new applications (what, their IT departments let them!)
- Asking for personal info
No surprises here, but a good reminder.
